Triceps
Lie on a flat bench holding an EZ-bar shoulder-width with arms straight over your chest.
Angle the upper arms slightly toward your head to keep the triceps loaded.
Bend the elbows and lower the bar toward your forehead or just behind your head.
Stop when you feel a full triceps stretch, without touching your head.
Press the bar back up by straightening the elbows while the upper arms stay put.
Letting the elbows flare out as the bar comes down.
Rowing the upper arms back and forth so it becomes a pullover.
Dropping the bar so fast it nearly hits your forehead.
Loading too heavy until the elbows ache.
Use an EZ-bar if your wrists or elbows are sensitive.
Have a partner hand you the bar into the start position.
If your elbows complain, switch to the dumbbell or cable version.
