Quads

Wall Sit

Beginner Bodyweight Isolation Quads

How to do it

  1. Lean your back against a wall with feet shoulder-width apart, about two feet away.

  2. Slide down until your thighs are parallel to the floor and knees are at 90 degrees.

  3. Hold the position with your back flat against the wall.

Common mistakes

  • Knees past the toes because the feet are too close to the wall.

  • Resting the hands on the thighs, which takes load off.

Tips

  • Log the hold time (seconds) in the reps field.

  • Great as a leg-day finisher or for training at home.
